So winter has finally taken over little Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.
I've come to accept this in new hopes.
Winter is when I hermitize...which really is a curse and a blessing.
Curse because you get all fat and lazy, however blessing because that is when the artistic juices start flowing.
That is the hope; but in any case I have officially decided to do an artistic journal.
So perhaps you guys will get a sneak peek at a couple of pages from that...not all though.
It is going to be my vent therefore some of the content is a little too personal even for familiar eyes.
I'm not sure about how I want to go about this...I mean I like the psychedelic artwork,
However I kind of want to do something different and out of my comfort zone.
Time will only tell I suppose.
Anywho just wanted to update this thing considering its been ages.

I've come to realize I have had a deviant art account for 3 years now.
In said time, I really don't have that many deviations.
Why? Not because I'm totally lazy (kind of) but because I always give my art away.
I mean if you don't share then you have a whole wad of sketches, paintings and doodles sitting there collecting dust.
Buut it would be nice to get my butt in gear once again and get into the swing of things.
Anyone have inspiration/motivation to spare perhaps?
Ah well I will get there someday. Hopefully soon though. I need to vent since I have quit smoking.
Awful habit. Maybe that is inspiration alone for a piece? We shall see I guess.

Pointless post I know. But hey, I felt like it was needed.

Well as per usual I am kind of stuck.
All I've been doing is working and well working.
Not all is lost, I have a couple of pieces that I have to finish.
Maybe that will get me into the swing of things?
Just an update ladies and gents, hopefully you'll be seeing a lot more activity on my account! I sure wish it did anyways haha

I wanted to do more realistic pieces, as I mentioned MONTHS ago in my previous journal entry -sigh-
Just the fact I'm not in the right mindset... stuck in doodles...
Anyone know a good cure for a stubborn mind?
Doesn't help I'm one of the world's worst procrastinators.

Alright then. Well while I'm still battling away the remnants of a disastrous art block, I've decided to finish off a couple of psychedelic collages then work on some more realistic stuff. Yeah yeah, I know it'll probably work out horribly, but I think it's time for a little change in pace for me. Besides, if my new "realistic" phase sucks horrendously then I can depend on those loyal watchers to tell me to "cut that shit out" or something relative to that statement lol. WHICH, I am hoping to hear if you are displeased with my future work. Sound like a deal folks? Well if not lemme know what you think!

For the time being, enjoy my remaining psychedelics in the next little bit, and yes I promise to work my ass off (or die trying) to get them done for your viewing pleasure
